Rare fortune telling deck. Each of the 52 cards has an amusing scene associated with the fortune. Many of the same scenes depicted in this deck can also be found on the rare 1877 American fortune telling deck The Comic Playing Cards of Fortune by E. Gardinier, NY, Hochman FT8. Cards have soil and stains; 8S and 5S were cut off center with loss of 3rd line of words at bottom of 8S.
